Environmental Site Assessments

Phase I environmental site assessments (ESA) are performed to identify recognized environmental conditions (RECs) that could lead to CERCLA liability. Larson & Associates, Inc. (LAI) Environmental Professionals have been performing ESAs since before the ASTM E1527-93 standard was promulgated. What this means for our clients is the assurance that our assessment will meet or exceed the EPA's 40 CFR §312 All Appropriate Inquiry to provide Landowner Liability Protections. Dependent on your needs, LAI ESAs will be conducted using either ASTM E1527-05 (Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process), or E2247-08 (Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process for Forestland or Rural Property).
