Groundwater Discharge Plans Crude Oil Pumping Station and Trucking Terminal

A Groundwater Discharge Plan (GWDP) was required by the state regulatory agency for a crude oil pumping station and newly constructed trucking terminal. The GWDP included a complete evaluation of waste streams that may contribute to surface water and groundwater impacts. Protocols were developed for controlling and containing spills, and plans were developed for installing containment at waste storage areas. The GWDP was submitted to the regulatory agency, and approved without modification.
